Short answer: potentially. We do our best to prep the skin to make extractions pain-free but it can become uncomfortable on skin that is already sensitized and/or reactive.

No, you don't. Our skin analysis service is meant for first-time clients and those who wish to assess the current status of their skin. We also perform a quick skin assessment at the start of every service.

For facials, we ask that you remove your top and bra straps (if applicable). You will be provided a wrap towel to cover your chest.

For back facials, you will need to remove all upper garments. Your lower body will remain covered during the service.

Yes, only once! You will emailed consent forms prior to your first appointment and these are mandatory in order to receive your treatment.

There is a 15-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
